Pam Panorama – Masters of Freshness

Eidos We created and implemented "Freshness Masters: Fish," a format that is periodically replicated in stores scattered across Italy. Mini in-depth lessons on fish directly at Pam and Panorama's fish counters with experts and a food blogger to moderate the meetings with the public. The topics covered ranged from cleaning fish, recognizing the freshness, cooking it properly, understanding its characteristics. A Facebook page "Pam Panorama Masters of Freshness" was created with more in-depth fish topics. Over 1,000 people attended the events and the Facebook page reached over 7,500 fans in less than three months (without any investments).
